The tasks on this day will include some cutting and copiccing of trees and overall gardening of this area.

St. Osyth Parish looks unsightly after the winter and we will be helping them out by doing some cutting and copiccing of the bushes and trees, in order to make this area prettier.

Stanway Federationg of Learning is a one of the local schools and some of their classrooms need a revamp.

V-Team Sports Mural project

Students visited Hamstel junior school to paint a mural on their sports hall. The mural depicts the pictogram for each individual sport at the Rio Olympic Games in 2016 and the sports at the school.

Einstein Project

Project’s aim is to make Science more entertaining and fun for school children. The sessions consist of a general introduction and then individual lessons on Biology, Chemistry and Physics.


Film Club

Weekly themed film nights at a local residential home.


Numbers

Project’s aim is to engage students in group activities using simple Math concepts and numbers. Sessions are taught through games, colouring and interactive conversations.

We use arts and crafts and all things glittery in order to encourage children to use their creativity to make wonderful pieces of art


Coding Club Project

Coding Club aims to teach primary school students the ways of coding/programming in a fun and interactive way.

Global Voices

The aim of this project is to teach local children different foreign languages and introduce them to all the different cultures we have on campus.


Origami

The aim of this project is to teach students the basics of origami and help them express their creativity and imagination. We want to show them that talent may be hiding anywhere


Photography Project

The aim of this project is to teach students the basics of photography and help them express their creativity. We want to tell children that even if they cannot draw or sing, they are still artists.


SESAW

The local animal shelter needs our help with some after winter arrangements, such as fencing or the yearly painting of sheds and runs.

The main purpose of this project is to encourage children to use their imagination and creativity. Sessions involve story-telling, interactive games and the creation of never-ending stories.

The main aim of this project is to teach children history in a fun and interactive way. vTeam goes back in time and looks at historical events and different well-known characters.

Event's aim is to celebrate the student volunteering week and 10 years of vTeam.

V-team – Greenhouse project

Students worked with the school children to build their greenhouse out of 2L plastic bottles. This will be used to grow vegetables they will later use to for cooking.

I C Arts runs crafty session for families with children. Students will be helping the children build structures like teepee and forts which they will be able to decorate and play inside of.
